Trifolium pratense (Red Clover) ext equiv to dry leaf 337.2mg, 
Lepidium meyenii (Maca) tuber powder 333mg, 
Dioscorea oppositifolia (Chinese Yam) ext equiv to dry root and rhizome 266.5mg, 
Rubus idaeus (Raspberry) ext equiv to dry leaf 213.2mg, 
Taraxacum officinale (Dandelion) ext equiv to dry root 150mg, 
Gymnema sylvestre (Gymnema) ext equiv to dry leaf 111mg, 
Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Liquorice) powder equiv to dry root and stolon 14.85mg.

Warning: In very rare cases, Black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and see your doctor. Indications for Use 

A unique blend of traditional ingredients used in western herbal medicine, including Black Cohosh, Chaste Berry and Sage.

• May help regulate female healthy hormone levels.
• May maintain/support healthy female hormonal balance during menopause.
• Helps decrease/reduce/relieve symptoms of premenstrual tension.

Recommended adult dosage:

Take 1 tsp (5g) every morning with water, juice or food; or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Store below 30˚C in an airtight container, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. 
Do not use if container seal is broken.
